Peacock + Lewis was hired as part of the development team by Toll Brothers in 1999 to master plan a top tier golf course residential community in Northern Palm Beach County. From the entry features then the guardhouse to the club amenities site. The experience is one of old world charm and relaxation.

Reminiscent of the Palm Beach mansions designed by 20th Century architect Addison Mizner, the architecture throughout the clubhouse and sports complex continues the rich traditions and detailing of the Mediterranean Revival architecture.

The club amenities combined with landscaped courtyards, plazas and outdoor gathering areas were designed to facilitate special events such as weddings, charity fundraisers, golf tournaments and large member functions. With an expansive lobby; pre-function space, large dining room overlooking the golf course, guest rooms, salon, spa, fitness facilities, casual poolside bistro and an aquatics complex. Frenchman’s Reserve is known as the popular north county location for wedding receptions.
