Phase III of the facilities master plan was the successful completion of the Fitness Center and Spa Building on the site of the original administration building. The two story building houses the spa and a private pilates studio on the upper level above the Fitness Center and main arrival at the main level.
Designed in a residential Island Classical Style to coordinate with the new Clubhouse this facility was sited and structured to readily facilitate future expansions. Group Wellness, Group Movement, Physical Therapy, Weight Training, Cardio, Stretching and back of house staff support spaces are arranged on the entry level. A custom designed reception desk and retail display cases enhance the arrival experience. The reception space opens to the Fitness floor with generously spaced equipment. Fitness equipment upholstery was customized to complement the soft color palette of the building decor. Indirect lighting is used throughout to supplement the abundant natural light into the rooms.
A residential detail leads the reception to the second floor “Banyan Tree Spa at Lost Tree.” The soothing color palette continues up the stairs and throughout the upper level. Upper level spaces include a Reception and Spa Retail Space, Private Pilate’s Studio, Treatment Rooms, Locker Rooms, Steam Showers, a Relaxing Hospitality Lounge and Staff Support Spaces.
