The new Fitness Center and Tennis Shop Building is located West of the Aquatics Complex and East of the Tennis Courts overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to enhance the casual lifestyle amenity offerings. The upper level of the new building connects back to the current Clubhouse for convenience with access to the existing Beach Club and new Card Rooms Suite.
The new building was designed with the same exterior materials and forms to blend nicely with the existing Clubhouse Buildings. Daylight harvesting techniques, views to the ocean and energy efficiency were considerations in the forms, finishes and orientation for this new building.
