Key Biscayne, Florida

The Key Biscayne Yacht Club has become one of the most sought-after Waterfront Clubs in the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs where members experience the best times of their lives in the secure setting of natural beauty. A timeless sophisticated Florida Key’s Style that radiates with ocean blues and classic yacht wood tones.

The two-story lobby welcomes members and guests with a grand stair of iron balustrades and wood treads leading to a hand painted 10’ diameter Ceiling Medallion. The compass rose True North orientation was verified by KBYC members.

The dining room includes a variation of captain’s chairs. Two 4 foot diameter porthole windows are centered on recessed banquette niches allow a view from the Hallway through to the water. The custom dining room chair is a modern interpretation of a yacht helm chair with the Key Biscayne Yacht Club Burgee carved into the wood back.

The Burgee Bar acoustic wood ceiling uses salvaged Cage lights from the original Club’s Bar. The sand swept stone pattern bar top and classic teak and holly yacht floors designed bar tops are the inspiration for the burgee bar palette.

Terraces surround the upper and lower levels engaging the view of the pool and Downtown Miami in the distance.
