Port Saint Lucie, Florida

This “Italianate” Mediterranean clubhouse was built in phases. Phase I, included a 30,000 sqft two-story golf shop, cart barn building built with the first golf course and practice facilities. Phase II, included the three-story 108,000 sqft Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was built with cast-in-place concrete columns, masonry bearing walls, precast concrete floor and roof joists with poured concrete floors and roof slabs. The exterior is clad in stucco with iron railings and precast concrete trims.

Construction commenced December of 2005 and received a Certificate of Occupancy in August 2007 (20 months). The clubhouse was furnished for member use in September 2007, with a member grand opening in October 2007 and a PGA golf tournament, The Ginn Sur Mer Classic held October 25th – 28th, 2007.
