The Club at Mediterra, Phase II existing clubhouse renovation consists of adding additional space to the Club’s ballroom as well as an FF&A update in many different areas such as the dining room, bar area, wine room, main lobby, member access hallways, and member restroom vestibule.
The intention of this project was to help marry what was done in Phase I with Phase II while blending with the renovated clubhouse design. The Phase II of the expansion and renovation enlarged the ballroom to accommodate approximately 50 – 60 more people and allow residents to enjoy additional dining and lifestyle events with the addition of a Sun Room and Garden Room. These additional rooms can be used individually or they can be combined with the Ballroom for an expansive entertainment venue. The French doors on either side of the clerestory tower in the Ballroom will create an open-air terrace overlooking the golf course.
