Woodfield Country Club has over 1,400 members with the identity in South Florida as the youthful, family friendly club. The architectural style adopted for this replacement Clubhouse is West Indies Island Colonial. The project was a multi-phased project built over a three-year period on a restricted site while maintaining ongoing operations and services.

The project included a new 95,000 sqft Clubhouse with a separate Cart Barn building and associated 7,000 sqft Tennis Center with new Tennis Courts and 42,000 sqft Fitness Center & Spa building. Designed, entirely with precast concrete, the 95,000 sqft Clubhouse was completed for member use within 14 months.
