M. Eugenia Miguez is a Project Manager with over a decade of architectural experience, specializing in leading complex projects from concept through construction administration. She excels in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and delivering high-quality projects aligned with client vision. With a strong background in BIM implementation and design leadership, she brings both technical expertise and strategic oversight to every project.
Prior Experience
Eugenia has worked across international markets, including Argentina, New Zealand, Spain, and the United States, contributing to a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, recreational, and club amenity projects.
At Peacock + Lewis, she has led design and BIM initiatives for high-end club and residential developments, including master planning, clubhouse design, and post-hurricane redevelopment efforts.
Previously, as an Associate at Chambers USA, she supported large-scale master plans, wellness facilities, and luxury residential communities, strengthening her expertise in BIM coordination and project delivery.
Her earlier experience includes BIM management, project architecture in New Zealand, and the design of the Four Points Sheraton porte cochère in Auckland, along with construction experience in Mendoza, Argentina—providing a well-rounded understanding of both design and execution.
Certifications & Recognitions
Eugenia holds master’s degrees in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, and Life Safety. She is certified in Autodesk Revit and BIM. Her work has contributed to multiple award-winning projects, including Four Points by Sheraton Auckland (Qualmark Gold Award 2025; NZ Commercial Projects Awards 2020; Design Inn Awards 2020), Wyndemere Country Club (Top Patios & Amenities Recognition), The Oaks Club (Golf Inc. Clubhouse of the Year – Remodeled Private), and Telaro Clubhouse (New Private Clubhouse of the Year, 1st Place).
Personal Life
Eugenia values teamwork, growth, and knowledge-sharing. Outside of work, she enjoys sports, photography, and connecting with people.
She appreciates the simple things in life—sunrises, coffee with family, and everyday moments. Above all, her greatest achievement is her family, and she strives to be a strong role model for her daughter.
