Woodfield Country Club – Primrose

Set within the 100,000-square-foot clubhouse, this newly renovated dining destination redefines the member experience with a sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere and refined Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The transformation introduces a fresh and elevated setting where design, hospitality, and culinary artistry come together seamlessly. Addressing deficiencies of the existing dining venue included: lack of a clear sense of arrival; lack of connection to the exterior; dark and dated interior design; numerous large, fixed banquettes that limited seating flexibility; small, inefficient bar location. The project was developed through an integrated architectural approach, encompassing both exterior and interior design.
The new floor plan allows for both a sense of arrival just outside the dining venue to await your table and also a maître d’ greeting upon entering. The bar was enlarged and relocated adjacent to the entry as another option to wait and enjoy cocktails and small plates. In the dining area, various table sizes allow for complete flexibility.

A new culinary station was incorporated so members can enjoy a chef-driven tasting experience flanked by a wine display. Folding doors to the terrace were added to create a true indoor/outdoor experience while expanding seating capacity.
