As Senior Project Architect, Brad Guarino leads a team of architects and designers in the development and execution of complex architectural projects. He oversees all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Throughout his career, Brad has successfully led complex architectural and urban development projects teams, blending visionary design with practical solutions, delivering the best results to clients with a solution-focused approach. Known for leadership and project oversight, Brad ensures that every project meets both aesthetic and functional goals while adhering to community and sustainability standards.
Certifications & Recognitions
Brad is a Harvard-educated Master of Architecture and Urban Design professional with 30 years of experience in design and project management of a diverse range of building typologies including private club facilities in Florida and nationally.
Serving in key roles as a Senior Project Architect, Director of Design and Development Manager, Brad is a leader that engages technology and mentors’ Architectural teams using the best tools to collaborate equally with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities having jurisdiction. With licenses in both Florida and Massachusetts, Brad is also NCARB certified and holds a LEED AP BD+C credential, reflecting a commitment to sustainable and high-performance building design, vital to public safety and the proper functioning of built environments.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and their three children. He finds relaxation in running along Naples’ beaches, solitude in walking, and traveling to explore historic communities and urban areas, drawing inspiration from the rich architectural heritage found around the world.
Over time, Brad has dedicated himself to the renovation of three old homes, finding immense fulfillment in breathing new life into neglected properties while preserving their unique architectural character and the stories they hold.
