Davis Fitzgerald is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with 24 years of engineering, project management, and leadership experience. He leads mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design efforts for private clubs, resorts, hospitality properties, sports facilities, and other complex building projects.

Peacock + Lewis Engineering Role

Davis serves as President and CEO of Peacock + Lewis Engineering, as well as Principal Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and leader of the Electrical Department. In these roles, he provides company leadership while remaining directly involved in project delivery, technical oversight, quality control, multidisciplinary coordination, and client communication. He is committed to providing responsive service and practical, coordinated engineering solutions that support each project’s operational needs, schedule, budget, and long-term value.

Prior Experience

Davis’s experience includes MEP design for new construction and renovation projects, solar and photovoltaic systems, and the management of engineering scope, schedule, budget, and quality. His project background includes private clubs, golf and yacht clubs, resorts, restaurants, commercial and residential buildings, schools, universities, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and amenity buildings.

Education, Certifications, and Licensure

Davis holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. He maintains an NCEES Record and is licensed to provide professional engineering services in Texas, California, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Connecticut, Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, and South Carolina. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Personal Life

Outside of work, Davis enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling domestically and internationally, outdoor cooking, playing golf, and spending time with his dog, Chico.
