As Vice President of Architecture at Peacock and Lewis, Evan Fisher is an AIA-certified executive architect and development leader known for shaping luxury resort-style modern architecture, private clubs, hospitality environments, custom estates, and master-planned communities. Evan’s approach is rooted in clear vision, strong design, practical execution, and a constant search for better ways to create places that feel distinctive, connected, and enduring. Prior Experience

For more than 30 years, Evan has worked at the intersection of architecture, planning, design, development, and construction. He has led projects from early vision and site strategy through design, development, construction, and delivery. His experience includes practice leadership, client strategy, business development, team building, consultant integration, design standards, project delivery, and market growth.

Certifications & Recognitions

Evan earned his Master of Architecture from Harvard University and his Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is a registered architect in Florida, California, and Texas, NCARB certified, and a licensed general contractor in Florida and Texas. Throughout his career, he has remained active in professional and industry organizations, including AIA, ULI, and CNU, while contributing to education, mentoring and coaching, design review, industry programs, and civic initiatives related to planning and placemaking.

Personal Life

Outside of his architectural pursuits, Evan is drawn to the outdoors and to experiences that balance a sense of adventure with an appreciation for place. He enjoys time on the water, baseball, football, golf, and activities connected to speed and performance. At the center of it all is time with his family, often shared through travel, sport, and the outdoors.
