Julianne Dillingham serves as a dynamic liaison between our clubs and its diverse stakeholders, adept at forging connections, articulating our offerings, and delivering captivating presentations to clients. With a meticulous approach, she ensures that every detail is flawlessly executed while infusing a fresh perspective into our club amenities. Building and nurturing relationships with vendors, members, and staff is central to her role, facilitated by her extensive network spanning clubs from Michigan to Florida. Her passion lies in creating spaces that inspire and unite, fostering stronger communities where individuals flourish.

Prior Experience
With a rich history spanning over a decade in the interior design realm, Julianne has honed her craft across various sectors, including commercial, hospitality, and residential design. Over the past seven years, she has dedicated her expertise to a prominent commercial firm specializing in multi-family projects. Her focus primarily revolved around crafting captivating amenity spaces, both indoors and outdoors, alongside designing model units for diverse properties. Engaged in both new developments and renovation ventures, she led numerous projects nationwide annually. Beyond design,  Julianne played a pivotal role in integrating marketing and branding elements seamlessly into our projects, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all aspects of the design. Additionally, she spearheaded procurement efforts and oversaw the flawless installation of the projects under her purview.

Certifications & Recognitions
Julianne has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design after initially exploring a double major in Psychology and Family Studies. Her commitment to interior design led her back to her true passion. As a member of the ASID Florida Chapter, she stays engaged in the industry for ongoing growth and collaboration.

Personal Life
After a recent move from Metro Detroit, Naples is now home for Julianne and her significant other. Here, they enjoy the tranquil lifestyle of living in a golf community, playing the sport together 1-2 times weekly. They eagerly await the arrival of their Bernedoodle puppy this summer. Family is central to her life, especially her involvement in her five nieces and nephews’ lives. Her cherished escape is to her  cottage on Mullett Lake in Michigan’s northern lower peninsula. She loves to travel and dine out to stay updated on industry trends. She also indulges her passion for the arts through frequent visits to museums, galleries, and live performances.
