Peacock + Lewis Role
Kevin Veres is an Architectural professional with six years of experience specializing in clubhouse design and collaborative project delivery. He joined Peacock + Lewis in March 2026, where he serves as an Associate contributing to the firm’s club and community focused projects.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Peacock + Lewis, Kevin worked on a range of multifamily residential and commercial projects throughout West Palm Beach, Jupiter and the Ft. Lauderdale area, with a strong emphasis on country club work across South Florida. He is committed to being an active contributor to the communities he serves, regularly attending local events and supporting projects that foster connection and engagement.

Certifications & Recognitions
Kevin earned his Master of Architectural degree from Florida International University, where he received the Master’s Project Award for his thesis on behavioral architecture. His research explored adaptive design through a custom computational model built in Unity, which collected real time user data within a simulation to generate architecture tailored to individual spatial preferences. During his academic career, Kevin also studied abroad in London, Berlin, and Japan.

Personal Life
Kevin and his dog Jack reside in Lake Worth, FL. In his free time, he enjoys travel and cultural experiences. A born and raised Palm Beach Gardens native, he has a love for everything outside and under the sun.
