Victor Colón, CPD, is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in plumbing and fire protection systems for private clubs, resort facilities, and high-end hospitality environments. He leads the design of sanitary, domestic water, storm, fuel gas, and condensate systems, as well as wet and dry fire protection systems in compliance with NFPA and applicable local codes. His responsibilities include system sizing, equipment selection, fire pump evaluation, and preparation of coordinated construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. He oversees QA/QC processes and manages plumbing and fire protection production to support high-performance club and hospitality facilities.

Victor has over six years of combined experience in customer service for Delta Air Lines and Four Seasons Hotels prior to his current MEP role. His Plumbing, Fire Protection and Project Management skills have been useful for multitude of projects in the Healthcare, High Rise, Commercial and High-end Commercial markets. Some projects that he has contributed to are: 710 Edge Tower (55 stories), Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale (23 stories) The Perigon (22 stories), Key Biscayne YC, Naples YC, The Forest CC, Vineyards CC, North Palm Beach CC, Riviera CC, Audubon CC.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He is an active member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).

Personal Life
Victor is part of a family of five and lives in Puerto Rico. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach and road trips. He considers himself a wristwatch, cigar and aviation aficionado.
