Considered a hidden gem, High Ridge Country Club’s core golf course is among the best maintained, exclusive and least publicized in the nation. However, not the same could be said for the clubhouse.

The purpose and goal for this project was to design a clubhouse that, in all regards, would complement the golf course. This needed to be accomplished with the least amount of disruption to the existing members’ activities as possible.

A new clubhouse with refined, classical forms free of excessive detail appears as a timeless piece of sculpture set among the manicured holes on the course and is built in a better location with exceptional views of the surrounding golf course.  The new design was developed in conjunction with the golf course architect to modify the #9 hole allowing members to use the existing clubhouse while the new one was being built allowing members to continue to use the existing clubhouse facilities, and services uninterrupted, preventing member loss and allowing for continued revenue.

The new clubhouse provides members and their guests a new facility, of commensurate quality, as the golf course.  The new building takes better advantage of the scenic golf course views, has a welcoming exterior and an exciting clean, contemporary interior design.
